This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in 3rd line of paragrapgh-6 of the order dated 19.07.2022 but inadvertently, it has been typed out a week to surrender and that due to such mistake, the petitioners could not surrender in time. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for extension of time to surrender. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 19.07.2022, if they surrender before the learned court below on or before 24th of August, 2022 as last
