Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This writ petition is confined to Petitioner No.1 challenging eviction notice at Annexure-4 series.

Petitioners even though claim that they had put up their case involving the disputed land on the basis of document available in the writ petition, this Court records the statement of learned counsel for the Petitioners that Petitioners made such claim on 14.06.2022. On perusal of the impugned order at Page-18 of the brief, this Court finds the encroachment proceeding initiated against the Petitioners got disposed of on 04.06.2022.

For the opinion of this Court, the claim, if any, by the Petitioners could not have been considered by the Tahasildar, Gandia, as such claim was made beyond the date of disposal. It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioners wants to withdraw this
