None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last occasion on 02.05.2017. Defect as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter has not yet been removed despite order passed by this Court on 02.05.2017.

In view of the aforesaid development, especially when no one had appeared for the Petitioner at the time of call, the petitioner appears to be not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
