This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order taking cognizance dated 31st March, 2022 passed by the learned S.D.J.M. Athgarh in C.T. Case No.59 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all such contention at the stage of framing of the charge before the court in seisin over the matter.

In view of such submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of with the liberty sought for.
