1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the opposite parties to allow her to continue in the post of Tax Assistant of Government Vocational College, Gop. Puri or to post her in any equivalent post in any other College of Odisha.

4. After arguing some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the opposite party No.1Commissioner-cum- Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar which is pending since 15.03.2022.

In view of such facts and submissions made, opposite party No.1- Commissioner-cum- Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of forty-five days from the date of presentation/ submission of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
