This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner in this CRLMP seeks a direction to the IIC, Cuttack Sadar Police Station to investigate the matter on receiving the theft articles of the informant. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after registration of the F.I.R., the IIC, Cuttack Sadar Police Station is not taking any steps to investigate the matter. 5.
In such view of the matter, this Court directs the IIC, Cuttack Sadar Police Station to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps to investigate the matter as per law.
