Heard Mr. P.K.Mohanty, learned senior counsel on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel for the State 3.
The petitioners are accused in connection with Banki P.S. Case No. 182 of 2022 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No. 78 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Addl. Sessions Judgecum-Special Court, (POCSO), Cuttack, for commission of the alleged offence under Sections 448/ 341/294/323/354(B)/34 of the I.P.C Act and Sec. 8 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Court, (POCSO), Cuttack, by Order dated 17.06.2022 in BLAPL No. 78 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, since the investigation has not yet been completed, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application, the same is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to move the court below afresh after filing of the Charge Sheet.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
