It is submitted by Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioners that the R.P. Case No.276 of 2015 is yet to be admitted. 2.

Considering the submission made by Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioners file a memo for early admission of the R.P. No.276 of 2015 before the Competent Authority and there is no major defect in R.P. No.276 of 2015, the same shall be entertained and the R.P. No.276 of 2015 shall be taken up for fresh admission within a period of one week thereafter.
