Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to unavoidable circumstances of the petitioner, he could not surrender in time. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for extension of time to surrender.

Considering the submissions, it is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 19.07.2022, if he surrenders before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Jajpur

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
