The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the provisional assessment order dated 12th August, 2020 (Annexure-2) issued by the Executive Engineer (Elect.), B.E.D., TPNODL, Basta and also for a direction for early disposal of the representation dated 30th October, 2021 as at Annexure-3. 3.

Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, final order has already been passed. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to assail the final order in the appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
