The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties for correction of the finial R.O.R. in respect of Plot No.293 corresponding to Plot No.266 under Khata No.216 situated in Mouza Cuttack Sadar, Unit No.22, Mirkamal Patana under Cuttack Tahasil in the district of Cuttack. 4.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner files a revision under Section 15 (b) of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 for redressal of his grievances. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 5.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
