1. Learned counsel Mr. Anirudha Dash being present submits that the Petitioner has taken consent from him.

2. None appears from the side of the Petitioner today on call.

3. By means of this petition, the Petitioner seeks to quash the proceeding initiated against him in connection with Bolangir Sadar P.S.Case No.238 of 2015 corresponding Special G.R.Case No.43 of 2015 pending before the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bolangir.

4. The petitioner has been brought before this Court as back as in the year 2016 and has not been purusaded since then. No interim order has been passed.

5. In view of above back drop, it is not desirable to keep the CRLMC alive sine die and the same is accordingly dismissed. (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge B.C.Mohanty
