Mrs. R. Sikdar, learned counsel for the opposite party contended that since the equivalency certificate has not been granted, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be extended to them.

In view of the above, since the equivalency certificate has not been issued in favour of the institution in question, this Court is not inclined to entertain the relief made in this writ petition. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
