This is application for modification of order dated 07.04.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.8293 of 2020.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 07.04.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 3rd line of paragraph-2 of the order, the "G.R. Case No.287 of 2019" be substituted by "G.R. Case No.287(A) of 2019".

Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
