Heard Mr. B.P. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. A.R. Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate and Miss P. Naidu, learned counsel representing opposite party nos.2 & 3.

Mr. Mohanty files deficit court fee of Rs.48/- and deficit notarial fees of Rs.27/- along with a memo in Court today. The same is taken on record.

According to Mr. Mohanty, the petitioners, who are the members of the Hindu community, are aggrieved by the inaction of the authority in appointing a Trust Board to look after the management of village Deity Sri Sri Ananteswar Mahadev Bije in the village Mula Alasa under Satyabadi Police Station in the district of Puri. Instead Managing Trustee of Trust Board of Gopinath Dev Bije is managing the affairs of the deity in an ad-

During course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file an appropriate representation before the Commissioner of Endowment, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.2) for redressal of their grievance and prays that the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion within a specific time period. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate representation before the Commissioner of Endowment, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.2) through registered post within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such a representation is filed along with a copy of this order, the opposite party No.2 is directed to take a decision on such representation in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner No.1 on behalf of all the petitioners and opposite party nos.4 & 5 and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner no.1Sri Trinath Pradhan, who in turn is directed to share such information with other petitioners.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
