This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for the following relief:
"In view of the facts circumstances as detailed above, it is humbly prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Application and issue RULE NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause and in the event the Opp. Parties are fails to show cause or shows insufficient cause, then the said rule may be made absolute by;
1. Quashing the order regarding reservation of 12 constituencies, bout of total 15 constituencies of Hariharpur Service Cooperative Society Ltd., under Annexure-3 with a direction to the Opp. Parties to limit the reservation within the ceiling limit of 50%.
II. Necessary direction may be issued to the Opposite Parties to issue the necessary notification regarding reservation out of total 15 constituencies within a time limit as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court so as to proceed with the election process further till its completion without further delay.
III. And pass such order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of equity, justice and good science; And for this act of kindness, the petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Mr. Dhal, learned counsel appearing for the State Cooperative Election Commission submits that this writ petition is not maintainable in the eyes of law and facts. Since the Petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition, he does not have any objection to the same.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
