It is submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with in the meantime and the Petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the same. For granting such liberty in view of the conduct of the petitioner in filing some documents at Page-21 and 22, such liberty is granted to the Petitioner subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- as cost to the Orissa High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund. Receipt showing such deposit of cost be filed in course of the day.
