Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Petitioners have innocuous prayer inasmuch as seeking a direction against the Collector & District Magistrate, Cuttack-opposite party no.2 for taking lawful decision on approval of K.L.C. No.1084 of 2002. This Court finds surprise in pendency of such dispute over 20 years. However for no further loss of time and as the matter is already listed twice in this Court, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the opposite party no.2 to take lawful decision on K.L.C.No.1084 of 2002 taking into account the recommendation, if any, to be available at page-20 of the brief within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
