This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/ physical) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials placed on record; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances; it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with STF P.S. Case No.10 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.884 2018 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that the Petitioner shall appear in person before the Court in seisin of the case on each date of posting of the case; will appear before the IIC, Kendrapara P.S.

, every Monday in between 10 am to 2 pm for a period of next six months hence; will not enter upon the land of the Informant and three other co-owners and if the Petitioner is in possession of the said property. It is further directed that the Petitioner will vacate the same forthwith and submit an affidavit to that effect when he would surrender before the Court in seisin of the case.

// 2 // Violation of any of the condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.
