None appears on behalf of the Petitioners to present the CMAPL at the time of call.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners is in habit of filing CMAPL after CMAPL. In the process, it appears, nearly half a dozen of CMAPLs have already come in particular case. This Court makes it clear that there shall be no restoration of the Writ Petition vide O.J.C. No.3072 of 1995.
