This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.7394 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 20.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioner but in 4th line of paragraph3, the name of the court has been wrongly mentioned as "S.D.J.M., Kamakhyanagar" instead of "J.M.F.C., Parjang" and also 2nd line of the said paragraph-6 wrongly mentioned as "S.D.J.M., Kamakhyanagar" instead of "J.M.F.C., Parjang", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 4th line of paragraph-4 and 2nd life of paragraph-6 of the order dated 20.07.2022 it be mentioned as "J.M.F.C., Parjang" in place of "S.D.J.M.,

// 2 // Kamakhyanagar", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 20.07.2022, if he surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Parjang on or before 24th of August, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
