This Court vide order dated 1st February, 2021 had directed the Superintendent of Excise, Subarnapur to consider the representation of the Petitioner for refund of the excess COVID Fee/Tax imposed upon sale of IMFL liquor and Beer. It is conceded that the present contempt petition has become infructuous in the light of well reasoned order dated 30th June, June, 2021 passed by the competent authority. 3.

In view of the above, this CONTC is dropped.
