This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in G.R. Case No.443 of 2022 Jeypore Mahila P.S. Case No.47 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jeypore, under Section 376 of the IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda, by order dated 02.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Taking into account that charge-sheet has already been filed in the meanwhile and considering the period of custody since 27.04.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail

on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
