This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Jharsuguda P.S. Case No.222 of 2022 corresponding C.T. Case No.1056 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda, under Sections 354-A/354D/504/506/508 of IPC read with Section- 66/66(E)/67/67(A) of Information Technology Act, 2000 read with Section-6 of Indecent Representation of Women Prohibition Act, 1986. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda, by order dated 13.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that charge-sheet has been filed on 16.07.2022 as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and

the petitioner being in custody since 19.05.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter including that he shall attend the Court on each date of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
