In course of submission, learned counsel appearing for the Order No.
petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy under Annexure-2 with the competent authority. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the claim of the petitioner.
