Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P.S.Nayak, learned counsel for the informant. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the bail application and accordingly the BLAPL is disposed as withdrawn. Since it is stated that the petitioners are in custody from 6.11.2020 and charge has already been framed, the learned court in seisin over the matter shall expedite the trial. It is open for the petitioners to renew their prayer at a later stage, if so advised.
