1. This matter is taken up by Hybrid mode.

Order No.

2. This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-husband to review the order dated 26.04.2022 passed by this Court in TRP(C) No.28 of 2022 on the ground that the aforesaid order has been passed in his absence.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. None appears for the Opposite Party even though the counsel appearing for the Opposite Party is aware of the case and his name is reflected in the cause list.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 26.04.2022 directed the transfer of Civil Proceeding No.16 of 2021 from the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Boudh to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bolangir but the said order has been passed in his absence. He further submits that the Opposite Party-wife is the local resident of Bolangir and he is apprehending danger to his

// 2 // life and limb on his appearance in the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bolangir. But, no such material has been produced by the Petitioner-husband to indicate the same. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to review the order dated 26.04.2022 passed by this Court in TRP(C) No.28 of 2022.

5. Accordingly, the review petition filed by the Petitioner being devoid of merit stands dismissed.

6. However, it is observed that if the Petitioner-husband apprehends danger to his life and limb on his appearance in the court at Bolangir from the side of the Opposite Party-wife, he may approach the appropriate authority to render necessary police protection well ahead of the date of his appearance with a copy of this order to enable the S.P concerned to assess the threat perception on him and give necessary protection, if required.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
