This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife for transfer of Civil Proceeding No.163 of 2019 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Balasore on the ground that other two proceedings, i.e., C.P. Case No.198 of 2019 (a proceeding under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act) and C.R.P. Case No.105 of 2019 (a proceeding under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.) instituted at her instance are pending in the Court of Judge, Family Court, Balasore.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

Considering the facts that both the cases arises out of the matrimonial dispute and are interrelated, this Court directs that Civil Proceeding No.163 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Balasore. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
