Heard Mr. M.A. Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.
According to Mr. Ali, the petitioner is aggrieved by the nonregistration of her complaints dated 18.04.2021,06.12.2021, 18.03.2022, 26.04.2022 and 29.05.2022 under Annexures-1, 5 Series, 4 Series, 2 Series and 3 Series respectively as F.I.Rs. by the I.I.C., Puruna Bazar Police Station, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.4) though the same reveals commission of cognizable offences. He further submits that though highlighting her grievences, the petitioner has submitted grievance petitions dated 19.12.2021, 18.03.2022, 28.04.2022 and 29.05.2022 to the Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No. 3) through Registered Post but till date nothing has been done in the matter.

During course of hearing, Mr. Ali submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh grievance petition covering all the complaints before the Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.3) and the said Opposite Party be directed to take a decision
on such motion within a specific time period. 4.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.3) by filing a grievance petition along with a certified copy of this order through Registered Post within a period of two weeks. In the event, such grievance petition is filed before the Opposite Party No.3, the said Opposite Party is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law keeping in the mind the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari v. Govt. of U.P. & Others reported in AIR 2014 SC 187 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such grievance petition and communicate the results of such exercise to the petitioner. 5.
The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
