Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the objection of the Petitioner involving the order at Page-10 of the brief without even involving the Petitioner, this Court instead of keeping such writ petition pending here to provide one opportunity to the Petitioner disposes of the writ petition, permitting the Petitioner to file his objection as against the notice before the Executive Officer, NAC within a period of seven days hence.

In the event, such objection is filed involving the notice at Page-10 of the brief, the Competent Authority shall do well in taking into consideration, the objection of the Petitioner and dispose of the proceeding after providing opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner at least within a period of one and half months from the date of submission of objection. There shall be status quo in respect of the disputed property involving notice at Page-10 of the brief till a decision involving direction of this Court is taken by the Competent Authority.
