03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. The three petitioners, who are aspirants for recruitment as Assistant Section Officers in State Secretariat and Governor's Secretariat, have laid challenge to the Advertisement No.8 of 2012-13 along with corrigendum dated 21.08.2014.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present writ petition has become infructuous as after the issuance of the said advertisement there have been recruitments made on 3/4 occasions.

4. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
