This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offences punishable under Sections 498-A.341/323/294/379/494/506/34, I.P.C. 4.
Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioners, gravity of the offence, and the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is observed that, in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Khandagiri P.S. Case No.207 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.2486 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
