1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 3rd December, 2021, in connection with Lathor P.S. Case No.17/2021 corresponding to S.C. Case No.12/2022 (G.R. Case No.301/2020) pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Patnagarh for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 147/148/121/121A/124-A/307/149 of I.P.C. read with Section 17 of the C.L.A.

// 2 // Act, Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 16/18/18-A/20/21 of the U.A (P) Act.

Considering the submissions, the materials on record, the period of detention of the Petitioner in custody and the fact that he has been implicated only on the basis of his own confession before the Police, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall personally appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail. Further, he shall appear before the I.I.C. of Lathor P.S. on every Sunday at 10.00 A.M. till conclusion of the trial.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
