Heard Mr. B.K Nayak in person and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel.

Since on instruction, Mr. Mohanty submits that in connection with the allegations made by the petitioner, Dasapalla P.S. Case No. 172, dated 07.08.2022 has already been registered for commission of offence under Section-379, I.P.C. and the investigation is going on, Mr. Nayak does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the submissions made, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
