Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is a Writ Petition complaining no finality of the Mutation Case No.4382/2020 even after in issuing general notice and inviting objection by the competent authority's order dated 12.1.2021.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs that there should be timely disposal of Mutation Case No.4382/2020 at least completing such exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
