This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:
"Hence it is prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue notice, after hearing the parties issue appropriate writ(s) directing the appropriate authority(ies) to appoint the writ petitioner urgently and immediately pursuant to her selection on the strength of selection letter dated 08.11.2021 at Annexure-1 for the post of CRP-CM, Gobindpur-1 CLF in Kharid Mukhura G.P. under Remuna Block in Balasore district.
And further may be pleased to pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper."

In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner ventilating her grievance has submitted representation before the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Balasore, Opposite Party no.2 on 29.12.2021 under
// 2 // Annexures-5 series. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-5 series within a stipulated period of time.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.2, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time. 6.
Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-5 series in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-5 series by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner, shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.
After consideration of the representation, if the authority comes to a conclusion that the Petitioner is eligible to be appointed, then he may be appointed within a period of two months thereafter. 8.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
