Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present contempt has become infructuous as the order dated 21.01.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.5466 of 2017 has since been complied with as the alleged encroachers have been evicted from the Govt. land, the details of which have been furnished in para 5 of the compliance affidavit.

In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
