This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:

"Under the above noted facts and circumstances, it is fervently pray that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this case, call for the relevant records & after being heard from both the sides, to allow this Writ Petition to the extent that:

i) To direct the Opp. Parties especially Opp. Party No.2 to take appropriate steps for disbursement of retiral dues by counting the period of suspension as regular service who worked for more than 30 years and other dues as her late husband retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation w.e.f. 31.08.2015 & died on 10.09.2020 in Covid-19.

// 2 // ii) Further be pleased to pass necessary order/ order(s)/direction(s) as deem fit& proper by this Hon'ble Court.

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating her grievance, Petitioner has filed a representation before the Principal Secretary to Govt. of Odisha, Co-operation Department, Lok Seva Bhawan, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.1, dated 24.04.2022 under Annexure-11, which according to the Petitioner is pending before the Authority for consideration. 5.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Principal Secretary to Govt. of Odisha, Co-operation Department, Lok Seva Bhawan, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 24.04.2022 (Annexure-11) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, keeping in view Anneuxre-6, by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
