This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of Crl. Tr. Case No.15/170 of 2011-2012, from the Court of learned A.C.J.M.- A.S.J., Bhubaneswar, to the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Cuttack or any other Court within the Sessions Division of Cuttack.

Mr. P.K. Moharaj, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petitioner does not want to proceed with this TRPCRL and may be permitted to withdraw the same. The same be kept on record.
