This application has been filed for modification/correction of the order dated 01.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.7757 of 2021.

Considering the petition averments and upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner, the place of the Court, i.e., "Pipili", as typed in the 8th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 01.08.2022 be corrected as "Berhampur"". Necessary corrections be made in the order dated 01.08.2022.

In view of the above correction, time period for surrender of the Petitioner in the Court below is extended by three weeks with effect from today.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
