This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner- Sarat Sahani in connection with Chakapada P.S. Case No.18 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.14 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge -cumAddl. District & Sessions Judge, Balliguda for commission of offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of the NDPS Act.

Mr. S. Harichandan, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press this bail application and files a memo to that effect. The memo be kept on record. 4.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
