This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that the present F.I.R. is a counterblast to the F.I.R. lodged by the present Petitioners bearing UPD Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No.410 dated 10.08.2021. The said F.I.R. was registered under Section 498-A/ 323/325/307/315/406/506/34, I.P.C.

Considering such submission, the nature of allegation, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is observed that, in the event of arrest, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in connection with Jatni P.S. Case No.206 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.368 of 2022 pending in the

// 2 // Court of learned J.M.F.C., Jatni, on such terms and conditions as deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
