This writ petition involves an innocuous prayer for early disposal of Mutation Case No.16309 of 2021. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner alleges that there is no progress in the mutation case even it was filed 8 months back. Considering the serious allegation and looking to the nature of proceeding involved, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Kanisi-opposite party no.2 to dispose of the Mutation Case No.16309 of 2021 at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order but however in compliance of necessary formalities.
