2. Petitioner is yet to move an application for interim protection involving pending appeal. Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move an application for interim protection in pending disposal of the appeal stated to have been filed on 06.06.2022. In the event any such application is filed, same shall be considered and disposed of at least within a period of two weeks thereafter. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
