Considering the nature of allegation involved herein, learned Order No.

counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to make application to the State Pollution Board. In the event any such application is made, the State Pollution Authority shall do well in entering into an enquiry and find out a solution of the matter also involving the parties likely to be affected.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
