(C) No. 25696 of 2014, the Petitioner has been brought over in the work charged establishment with effect from 18th July, 2019 i.e., initial date of joining in the work charged establishment, thereby rendering the present contempt as infructuous.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
