This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for extension of time to surrender before the learned trial Court as fixed in the order dated 19.07.2022.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the grounds taken in the interim application, I am inclined to extend the surrender date till 10.11.2022. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioner.

The rest part of the order dated 19.07.2022 remains unaltered.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
