Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this writ application, issue Rule Nisi in calling upon the Opposite Parties to file show cause as to why a direction shall not be issued for early disposal of the Lease Case No.21/2011 as regards the settlement of the case land in the name of the petitioner consisting upon Mouza- Pankapal, Khata No.1159, Plot N.1917, Area Ac.0.10 dec. under Annexure-1 series and till disposal as to why a further direction shall not be issued in not to take any major coercive action as against the present petitioner with immediate effect.

AND If the Opposite Parties are fail to show cause or show their insufficient cause let this Hon'ble Court make the said rule absolute and upon hearing the parties direction may kindly be issued to the opposite parties more specifically Opposite Party-Tahasildar, Kujanga for early disposal of the Lease Case No.21/2011 as regards the settlement of the case land in the name of the petitioner consisting upon Mouza-Pankapal, Khata No.1159, Plot No.1917, Area Ac.0.10 dec. under Anenxure-1 series and till such disposal there shall be no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner with immediate effect for the greater interest of justice. And pass any other order/orders, writ/writs, direction/directions, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the eye of law.

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Considering the prayer to be innocuous, in disposal of the writ petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar Kujanga for disposal of Lease Case No.21 of 2011 at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
