A memo of appearance in favour of Sri Durga Prasad Nanda, learned Senior Advocate is filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners to plead for the Petitioner, which be kept on record. 3.
Heard Mr. D.P. Nanda, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties. 4.
The Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to take up L.A. Case No.290 of 2013 afresh and determine the amount of compensation to be paid to them after hearing their objections and taking into consideration all the relevant documents submitted by them as per First Schedule of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioners have already made representation before the Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-16, and the same may be
directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Additional Government Advocate has raised no objection. 6.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-16 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law by affording opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
