This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 6th April, 2018 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Criminal Proceeding No.83 of 2016, whereby the Petitioner is directed is pay maintenance @ Rs.4,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the application i.e. 2nd May, 2016.

Mr. Das, learned counsel by filing an affidavit of the Petitioner submits that the marriage has already been dissolved vide judgment dated 14th January, 2020 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in C.P. No.828 of 2015. Hence, this RPFAM has become infructuous. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

Accordingly, this RPFAM stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Interim order dated 14th August, 2018 passed in Misc. Case No.279 of 2018 stands vacated.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
